The beginning of Eros’s adventure is lost in time. He learnt his passion for the cheese trade from his family. His father Giuseppe and mother Carla decided to open a small, family-run business in Verbania.
Eros grew up behind the counter of the shop and day by day saw his passion for the typical products of our area grow. Over the years, his curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit made him the protagonist of a tradition that evolved according to the needs of consumers, who were increasingly attentive and demanding.
Since 1991, Eros has been transforming the small shop into the hub of his research into the best local and national dairy products. From a simple resale of typical products, which differs from the large-scale retail trade in its attention to quality and innovation, rather than to brand names or fashions, Eros transforms his shop into a real amplified space of continuous research into new flavours, renewing and expanding it with the creation of a maturing cellar in the centre of Intra and with the recent creation of a tasting area for his best products.
