Withdrawal conditions

If the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the scheduled rental start date, 50% of the total rental cost will be retained.
For cancellations made from the 10th day prior to the rental date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

What's included

Included: liability insurance (RCA), comprehensive coverage (Kasko), theft, fire, and the Green Card for abroad, with an excess equal to the amount of the security deposit.
An optional reduction of the Kasko excess is available at a cost of €15 per day.

What is not included

Anything not expressly indicated as included shall be considered excluded.

Know Before You Go

Required documents: ID card or passport and a valid driving licence.
For residents of countries outside the European Union, it is mandatory to present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official translation in Latin characters issued by an Embassy or equivalent authority, together with the original driving licence from the country of origin and a passport.
