Laveno cable car. From Laveno Mombello one ascends gently by a system of comfortable two-seater gondolas, open and closed, almost to the summit of Mount Sasso del Ferro (alt. about 1,100 meters) from where one can admire, in the solemn silence of nature, a grandiose and enchanting panorama of Lake Maggiore, the Alps, the Pre-Alps, the Lombard lakes and the Po Valley. Duration about 10 minutes. The Lake Maggiore cable car is designed with two-seater canopies to best enjoy the panoramic view during the short ascent.
