How it works:
1-day Hop-on / hop-off ferry ticket (Navigazione Lago Maggiore) between Stresa, Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto and Intra. Possible embarcation points are: Stresa, Carciano, Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori and Baveno. Entry ticket to the Villa Taranto botanical gardens and gourmet food and wine tasting at the famous local food store and restaurant La Casera in Verbania Intra.
After a lake cruise on a Lake Maggiore shipping company ferry, you will discover the beauty and armony of Villa Taranto botanical gardens. You may stop and visit the borromean islands enroute (palace and gardens entrance ticket not included).
After visiting the Villa Taranto gardens a 500m walk will bring you to Verbania Intra, where you will have your aperitivo, brunch or lunch at the gourmet food store and restaurant La Casera (11am until 4pm). You will taste the best cheeses and cold cuts this region has to offer, accompanied by quality wines.
You may arrange the food & wine tasting at your leisure, during the restaurant opening hours. We suggest to book your food tasting between 11am and 4pm. In order to return to your original embarcation point, please check the last ferry departure time from Intra: at 17:50!

Maggiore Centro Gardens Gourmet you to travel for one day, with a hop-on hop-off travel pass, between Stresa, Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto and Intra. Every stop between Stresa and Intra is included in the Navigazione Lago Maggiore pass (Lake Maggiore Shipping Company)

Maggiore Centro Gardens Gourmet includes the entrance ticket to the Villa Taranto Botanical Gardens and a food tasting at the La Casera Restaurant in Verbania Intra, where you have a chance to sample the best cheeses, cold cuts and wines this region has to offer.
Timetable / Reservation
Every ticket is nominal and may be used on the reservation day only.
The 1-Day shipping company travel pass is valid on any Navigazione Lago Maggiore ferry, on the routes between Stresa and Verbania Intra. All stops in between are allowed.
Please note that the last ferry to reach Baveno, Borromean Islands and Stresa from Intra sails at 17:50!
You may book your food tasting at La Casera between 11:00 and 16:00.
Please tell us at which time you wish to book your food and wine tasting after purchasung your ticket.
Note
Available from 24 March until 06 October 2024, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday
€ 1,50 (per person) local disembarkation tax is automatically added to each ticket purchased.
